Israel Trail Day 46 Barak to Tzihor
Barak Canyon is amazing -- one of the highlights of the Israel Trail.
Overall, the vast majority of the trail was easy -- relatively flat and much of it along jeep roads. But the sections that were difficult were quite difficult, going up and down ladders, scrambling up cliffs.
Note relative to the time that I did this with a day pack, not a full backpack, and jogged the easy parts, so the time it would take with a full backpack is a lot longer.
